Hotel Grand Rosela - Yogyakarta

Ok value for money. Clean.

Rooms fairly small. Pictures on website look nicer than actual looks.

Small and sweet hotel, located near to city but quiet. it is feel comfortable.

Hotel should do some maintenance to thier room and toilet.

The staff were very friendly.

The rooms were very dingy, lacked a safe, no hot water, and were generally a poor value when compared to the many other options in the area. Very sweet staff, but there is so much to choose from in the area I would not stay again.

Convenient location on tourist street.

-No hot water -Rooms are very noisy - all face onto the central courtyard/pool, and have thin walls/windows. -2 large busloads (60+) of students checking in at once, who were allowed to mill about the main area until 1am, talking loudly and preventing sleep -local mosque sends out the prayer call at something like 4am, 5am, 6am, etc. Again, no sleep. -Front desk "safety box" is an unlocked cupboard underneath the reception desk - which is frequently un-staffed.
